Zero Calorie Foods?!

Updated: Aug 22, 2021

Zero-calorie foods?! Wouldn’t that be nice?! Eat all you want and not worry about gaining weight. Without a doubt, we’d all lose weight more easily if we could eat calorie-free foods all day long. Unfortunately, there is no such thing. But many foods are so low in calories, you can enjoy them freely without having to worry about gaining weight.

One of the things people complain about most when "going on a diet" is being hungry. There is this idea out there that if you want to lose weight, you have to starve. And when you do eat, it should be packaged "diet" foods. You know what I mean -the stuff made in factories labeled organic, healthy, low carb, 100 calories per bag, etc. I absolutely disagree! I would argue that the best way to achieve results is to consume fresh, whole, REAL food. In fact, I’d go as far as to say to fill yourself up with plenty of healthy, fiber-rich, nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables. Many fruits and vegetables will not cause you to gain weight because they are mostly made up of water and have a lot of fiber, so you will feel too full before you can eat too many.

Also, these foods provide you with needed vitamins, minerals, and fiber that will curb your appetite and prevent overeating. So, not only will you likely lose weight by eating them, but they are also packed with plenty of vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients that have numerous health benefits and will do your body good.

Like a friend of mine likes to say: “No one ever got fat eating too much broccoli.”

So if you are trying to lose weight, but still want plenty to eat, click here to download my List of Ridiculously Low-Calorie, High Nutrient, Eat Freely Foods! These fruits and vegetables may not be calorie-free, but they are close and way better for you than the packaged stuff.
