Not everyone loves to lift weights, has the time to spend hours at the gym, or wants to build big muscles. But adults of all ages should make exercise a priority. Regular exercise reduces blood pressure, maintains immune functioning, reduces body fat, keeps bones strong, boosts energy, improves breathing, and more. It also helps you to perform the everyday tasks you need to do and the activities you love to do. Whatever they may be, Swan Wellness Personal Training is ready to help you reach and exceed your fitness goals.


Everyone at one point in their lives has some experience with facing the daily struggles of moving objects—carrying many heavy bags or groceries, lifting carry-on luggage into an overhead bin, or putting a big bag of dog food into the trunk of your car. And it doesn’t even have to be all that difficult. It can be as simple as bending over to pick up something you dropped, quickly getting up a flight of stairs, or putting a bowl on the top shelf of a kitchen cabinet.

 
My personal training programs are designed to make everyday activities easier, help reduce your risk of injury, and improve your quality of life. Together we will focus on the one thing everyone needs: practical, all-around strength, flexibility, balance, and functional fitness.
